Design Consultant & Operations

As design visionary and consultant for Michael Lauren Development, Lauren consults and advises the firm on all design decisions, including: floor plan design, architectural details, millwork, wall coverings, floor surfaces, cabinetry, countertops, doors, plumbing fixtures, lighting, landscaping, and color schemes. This invaluable input throughout the development process enables Michael Lauren to offer a fully integrated design centric approach to its residential developments, creating truly custom homes that exceed the quality offered by typical residential builders. In addition, Lauren handles all aspects of accounts receivable and payable for our projects.

Lauren currently serves as the Founder and Publisher of Town & Style a lifestyle and news publication launched in February of 2011 that targets an affluent readership in the central corridor of St. Louis. Previously Lauren served as Publisher of Ladue News for 13 years. Lauren is a graduate of John Burroughs and Brown University where she receives a Bachelor of Arts in History.
