In parallel with design and pre-construction work, Michael Lauren coordinates and consults on all interior and exterior selections. Unlike other builders, at Michael Lauren you will have a dedicated Design & Selections Liaison to assist you every step of the way. By scheduling all meetings with vendors, providing expert design consultation and organizing estimates into a detailed construction budget, we are able to make the selections process highly enjoyable for our clients. In turn, they are able to focus on the joy of making their design and finishes selections, while Michael Lauren manages the process and communicates back to the team.
