Planning Your Custom Home Project

Thoughtful and detailed planning in its initial phases are key to a successful build. Michael Lauren, working together with the project’s architects and our clients, help coordinate and facilitate all aspects of this critical design phase. This includes meticulously assisting our clients though their architectural planning decisions and consulting with trade vendors simultaneously. At the end of planning we are committed to achieving detailed and comprehensive architectural plans along with a line item budget, before we ever break ground. In addition, Michael Lauren coordinates any and all site development needs including demolition of structures, hauling, asbestos removal, tree removal, construction fence install, utility abandonment, and all required inspections. Our goal is to make each phase of building efficient, seamless and most importantly, enjoyable.
